Great place to get strong and great management. People here are friendly. Well worth the money and better than gyms that cost way more. Great saunas, great tanning beds, great equipment, and very clean facility.

Called for 2 weeks straight. Left messages. Had my call returned a week after I left the message. Exchanged text messages with the owner after we tried to go in & sign up during stated business hours & could never catch anyone working in the building. Owner stated via text message that she was offended we were coming by to try to sign up during business hours when no one was working & that I should take my business elsewhere. Shockingly unprofessional. Prospective clients, beware.
